When you search or make a booking, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, dates and times, pickup and drop-off details, accommodation name, flight details, driving information and notes you choose to provide. We also keep the booking reference and the information needed to manage the rental. We do not take card payment through this website.
If you use the contact form, we use the details you provide to answer your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, that conversation is also handled by the relevant service and may be retained so we can provide customer support and keep an accurate booking record.
We use PostHog to understand visits, searches and booking steps in aggregate so we can improve the website. We send limited event information such as page actions and vehicle categories; we do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number or booking notes to analytics. Session recording is disabled. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and device signals to protect booking and contact forms from automated abuse.
We use trusted providers to operate the site: Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and form security; Supabase for the booking database and administration; Resend for transactional email; and PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy documentation.
We use personal information to check availability, create and manage reservations, calculate delivery fees, send booking and support messages, prevent abuse, keep business records, respond to requests and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information or use booking details for unrelated advertising.
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the rental, answer your request, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations and maintain reliable business records. We use access controls and service-provider security measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask questions about how your information is used. Some requests may need verification and deletion may not be possible where information is needed for a current or completed rental or a legal obligation.
The site may use essential browser storage and similar technologies needed for security, forms and normal operation. PostHog may use identifiers for analytics when it is configured on the site. Your browser can restrict or clear cookies and storage, although some site features may then work differently.
