Cancellation is currently free. There is no online payment to refund because bookings are reserved now and paid at pickup.
Plans change. We keep cancellation simple.
Our current online booking policy is free cancellation. Contact us with your reference and we will take care of the reservation.
How to cancel
Send your booking reference to [email protected] or WhatsApp +248 256 1162. Tell us whether you want to cancel or move the dates, and we will confirm the change.
Changing your dates
We are happy to move a booking when the vehicle is available for the new dates. A change in dates can change the rental total or delivery fee, so we will confirm the revised quote before the new booking is accepted.
Late changes and no-shows
If you cannot arrive as planned, contact us as soon as possible. A missed handover without notice may leave the vehicle unavailable for other guests; we will review the circumstances and the reservation record with you.
After the rental starts
Once a vehicle has been collected, ending the rental early is handled under the signed rental agreement. Contact us immediately and we will explain the options for your booking.
